Welcome!
I am a PhD candidate at the University of Rochester’s Department of Political Science. For the 2026-2027 academic year, I am a graduate fellow at the W. Allen Wallis Institute of Political Economy. My research focuses on how the incentives of state actors shape the bureaucratic apparatus and its outputs. Applied formal modeling is my primary but nonexclusive mode of inquiry.
Before coming to Rochester, I received my MA in Political Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and my BA in Political Science from Hope College.
